SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

By purchasing this booking you are entering an agreement with me, Britney Roberts, the Tavel Agent, hereinafter referred to as the Travel Agent, who ​is excited to help you with all of your travel needs.

The Parties (the Travel Agent and the Client) hereby agree to the following:

DUTIES OF THE TRAVEL AGENT AND THE CLIENT

The Travel Agent is an independent agent and her purpose is to purchase travel services such as: book hotel rooms/accommodations, resort services, ​excursions, and transportation services (flights/rental cars/ground transfers/etc.) for the Client.

• The Travel Agent agrees to create a quote for the Client based on the specifications provided by the Client to fit the Client's travel needs. The ​Travel Agent will supply insurance information/travel protection to the Client. The Client can choose to purchase the provided travel ​insurance/travel protection or may refuse the insurance/travel protection. If the Client refuses to purchase the insurance/travel protection, the ​Client must sign an acknowledgment waiver, stating that the Client is forgoing the insurance/travel protection for the package and fully ​acknowledging that the Client is responsible for any additional cost to change dates, transportation, accommodations, guests, locations, or any ​other concerns that may arise.
  
• The Client will review the quote information for the travelers' (full names, dates of births, genders, passports, travel numbers, and flight ​reward/program numbers); location, and accommodation specifications; with the Travel Agent before the payment is processed for the deposit or ​full payment.
  
• In the event of international travel, The Client and Travel Agent will review the passports of all travelers to confirm that the passport ​documentation meets the months/pages/timeline as required by the travel destination.
  

PRICING, PAYMENT, AND REFUNDS

Pricing - Subject To Change

The Client should adhere to stipulations as outlined in the travel documentation supplied by the Travel Agent. The prices that appear in the ​communications for the quote are subject to change until the Client secures the desired price with the appropriate indicated payment method for the ​deposit or full payment by the indicated payment deadline.

Payment - How and What Is Accepted?

The Travel Agent will request the deposit or full payment, depending on the time of booking and dates of travel. Payment will be made via a payment ​link OR credit card authorization form which shall be completed by the Client for the agreed indicated amount as outlined by the travel quote. If the ​Client is using the credit card authorization form, the Travel Agent will be send form via email/text/or other online transmission medium. No cash ​payments, cheques, or money orders will be accepted as a form of payment. Once the deposit is made by the Client, the Client assumes full ​responsibility for the remainder of the payment for the booking. If the payment Is not paid in full by the due date, the Client understands that the ​booking could be canceled at the discretion of the supplier and the Client may or may not receive a cash refund or travel credit if the Client does not ​cancel the booking in a timely fashion.

Refunds - What Can Be Expected?

The Client's payment may or may not be refundable depending on the supplier/vendor, the refusal of travel insurance/protection, the cancellation ​policy timeline of the supplier/vendor, accommodations and transportation mediums.

In the event that a cash refund is granted, it will be returned to the Client's card at the time of deposit/payment.

If a travel credit is given, then the Client will need to adhere to the stipulations as outlined by the supplier/vendor in the travel credit documentation. ​Keep in mind, that if the accommodations/flight/car/rental/transportation is non-refundable, then the Client may only receive partial refunds/partial ​credit.

CHANGES, CORRECTIONS, AND UPDATES TO BOOKINGS AFTER THE DEPOSIT DATE

In the event of changes, such as additional guests, canceling one guests but keeping others, changing the dates, changing the locations ​(resort/country/state/), name updates, date of birth corrections, and more, the Client assumes full responsibility for any and all fees that may be ​associated with making these changes, corrections, and updates. If the Client's changes are not covered under the travel insurance/protection, the ​Client is responsible for those additional costs. If the Client has travel insurance/protection and Is still charged, the Travel Agent will refer back to the ​supplier policy and walk through the details of what Is covered under the changes and what will be an additional cost to the Client. To avoid the ​additional fees, this is the purpose of the final walk through before the deposit / final payment with the Client and the Travel Agent.

TRAVEL WITH BRITNEY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

After you have booked and you decide to cancel your trip, a $50pp non-refundable cancellation fee is to be paid to Travel With Britney, prior to us ​canceling with the supplier. This is required when cancelling to ensure that the work we’ve done for your trip up until the cancellation is compensated ​for.

Once you have booked and you need to make any changes to your reservation, such as dates, people or flights, a $25 pp non-refundable change fee is ​to be paid to Travel With Britney, prior to making the change that you requested. This is required due to the time that is needed to make changes to ​your reservation with the supplier.

COVID-19 and HEALTH PRECAUTIONS MOVING FORWARD

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness. The Client should be up to date with all COVID-19 vaccines before ​traveling internationally. Getting vaccinated is still the best way to protect yourself from severe disease and slow the spread of COVID-19. People who ​are not up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines should follow additional recommendations before and after travel. If the Client is not vaccinated ​and/or unable to receive the vaccine due to medical restrictions, the Client should notify the Travel Agent as soon as possible so that the appropriate ​travel destination is selected for travel to meet the client's needs. Vaccinated or not, it is the Client's responsibility to wear a mask in travel ​destinations where required and to main social distance when possible.

In the event of all Health Precautions and Preventative Measures:

The Travel Agent and the Client will review all necessary medical documentation, vaccinations, and testing requirements necessary for the Client to ​enter and exit the travel destination.

By booking a trip with the Travel Agent, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to

COVID-19 or illnesses during this season. The Travel Agent and Traveling Global Getaways will not be held responsible or liable if the Client or any ​traveler associated with the Client's booking gets COVID-19 or any other illness. The Travel Agent strongly recommends that the Client and all ​travelers associated with the Client's booking obtain Travel Insurance that has Medical and COVID 19 coverage.

USE ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE

The Travel Agent shall not, under any circumstances, accept responsibility for any damages that result to

the Client or any traveler associated with the Client's booking else due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages or any other substances. We cannot ​take any responsibility for the effect drinks or other substances may have on people.

As such, the Travel Agent does not accept liability for any loss, damage, death, or inconvenience that abusing alcohol or other substances in which the ​Client and or Client's guest may partake of during the course of the vacation (pre arrival to the destination until return back home).
